Shipping policy

Every iWaifu order is printed after you check out. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Delivery has two steps: production, then Standard shipping.

Cost

Phone cases: FREE standard shipping on every case, no minimum. One case or ten, it ships free.
Merch: shipping is calculated at checkout. A case and merch in one cart may ship as separate packages.
Bundle 3 cases or more for 15% off, applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 3–7 business days total, printing plus shipping. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not business days. Peak season, remote areas, and customs checks on international orders can add time.

Tracking

Sent when the printer hands the package off. Domestic tracking can sit quiet up to 5 business days; international up to 7. Some U.S. Standard deliveries go to a post office or locker instead of the door.

We don't ship to

Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk, Gaza.

Address

Latin characters only. Line 1 max 35 characters, line 2 max 30. Phone number required for international. U.S. PO Boxes at your risk; no PO Boxes outside the U.S. Address cannot be changed once production starts.
