Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days

Not happy with your order? You can return it for free within 30 days of delivery. Because every piece is printed to order, please contact us first at support@iwaifu.com with your order number so we can send you a free return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Condition

Please send items back in the condition you received them, in their original packaging if you still have it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you usually won't need to send it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different design or phone model is to return the item you have and place a new order.

European Union

If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@iwaifu.com.
